STORE POLICY

AS AGREED, BY BOOKING YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND WILL ADHERE TO OUR STORE POLICY.

 

HEALTH + SAFETY

You agree to the following:

  • I currently do not have a fever

  • I have not been sick for the past 7 days

NEED TO KNOW
Come without mascara and clean lashes.
We have makeup remover and beauty wipes for your convenience, come a few minutes earlier if needed.  A light cleansing and priming is part of our pre service protocol.  If you come with dirty lashes or heavy products and a deeper cleansing is required, the technician will inform you of the additional lash bath of $20.

🌸 For your comfort and protection, our salon is monitored by video and audio security.

PUNCTUALITY

Please text us if you are running late.  If arrival is delayed within 10 minutes, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and are charged at full value.  If arrival is surplus of 10 minutes, your appointment will be marked as a no-show and the full service will be charged according to the no show policy.

MASKS REQUIRED
We are still requiring all staff and guests to wear masks on the premises.
(To avoid customers entering/exiting at same time as much as possible, we might request you come a bit earlier/later as needed. Thank you for your understanding.)

ALLERGY

Please put in the notes section if you have any allergies.  Note products may contain ingredients of cyanoacrylate, a protein found in latex or formaldehyde.  We can not be held responsible for any allergic reactions.  Please contact your healthcare provider if you are having an allergic reaction.

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that appointments may need to be changed or canceled time to time. As a courteous measure, we require a 48 hour notice for any revisions. You can make changes online within the 48 hour window at your own convenience.  Last minute/no shows will result in a no show fee of 80% of the full service.  No exceptions.

DEPOSITS

Some services require a 30-50% deposit such as; Semi Permanent Makeup, Skincare, etc.  These deposits are non-refundable so please make sure you schedule accordingly.  Deposits will be held as credit in your account should you wish to reschedule within policy.

PAYMENT

All major credit cards and apple pay are accepted. Cash for gratuity at your discretion is appreciated.

RE LITTLE ONES

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and attended to at all times. 🌸 We love kids, but to keep the spa vibe dreamy for everyone, they can’t disrupt the relaxation of other clients in session. For everyone’s safety, we’re not liable for any injuries or occurrences, and any damages to property will be the caretaker’s responsibility for reimbursement. 💕

At Dazzling Lash Beauty Bar, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Every set is handcrafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
✨ Complimentary Fixes
If you ever feel your lashes need a small adjustment, please let us know within 72 hours of your appointment.


We’ll gladly schedule a quick touch-up at no cost, based on technician availability.


✨ Our Conditions for Complimentary Fixes
Lashes must not have been altered, removed, or manipulated by the client or another provider.


Clients must allow our technicians to perform services following professional safety protocols.
✨ Safety First
All lash work must be performed while you are reclined on our lash bed. This ensures your safety, as tweezers are sharp instruments used near the delicate eye area.


For your protection, we cannot make exceptions to this policy.
✨ Refunds
Because lash extensions are a completed service, we are unable to offer refunds.


Instead, we go above and beyond with complimentary corrections and touch-ups when the above conditions are met.


✨ Our Commitment
We want you to love your lashes. If anything doesn’t feel right, please reach out within 72 hours—we’ll make it right with care, professionalism, and artistry.   Please text and send clear photos (bird's eye view, eyes open)  to (347) 863-9976 within that time frame with your concern.  We need this to further address your concern.  There are no refunds for services completed.

AFTER CARE PROTOCOL

Keep your lashes dry for the first 24 hours.  Use oil free products.  Sleep on your back.  Sans eye makeup.

REFILLS
Please note refills are within 3 weeks. Thereafter, it will be considered a new set.

​

NEW CLIENTS
If paying by credit card, please present a valid ID matching the name on the credit card you wish to use upon check in prior to servicing.

​

REFER A FRIEND
A referral is the biggest compliment you can give us.
To say thanks, both you and your referred guest will receive 20% off your next service with us. Just put in the notes section who you referred. :)
